Founded by McKenzie Stouffer—an active real estate investor and former chemical engineer—GLOW was built from firsthand experience. After purchasing her first investment property at 23 and managing short-term rentals while working full-time, McKenzie discovered a genuine passion for real estate and saw the need for a management company rooted in transparency, communication, and trust.
Today, GLOW manages 25+ short-term rentals across multiple states and is proudly based in Greenville, South Carolina. Because we invest ourselves, we approach every home from an owner’s perspective—pairing thoughtful, data-informed strategy with one-of-a-kind guest experiences.

Personal Leadership
As founder and CEO, I serve as your direct point of contact. With over 5 years as a Superhost and as a licensed Property Manager-in-Charge in South Carolina, I bring both experience and accountability to every home we manage.
Before founding GLOW, I worked as an engineer at a large corporation, where I developed a deep appreciation for analyzing deals, data, and spreadsheets. As an active real estate investor, I take an honest, numbers-first approach and will never encourage you to pursue a deal that doesn’t align with your goals.
